I. Product Composition, Characteristics and Uses

This product is mainly composed of water - dilutable baking - type resin as the main base material, and is formed by grinding and dispersing various pigments, fillers and additives.
The coating of this product is flat and smooth, featuring high gloss, hardness and durability. It can be applied to the surface coating of various metal workpieces such as vehicles, construction machinery, home appliances, compressors, and Dacromet - coated parts.

III. Construction Process

Construction Conditions	During construction, the ambient temperature should be above 5℃, and the relative humidity of the air should not exceed 85%.
Surface Treatment	Before painting, the surface of the object to be coated should be free of oil, dust, and dry. It should undergo proper pre - treatment such as degreasing, rust - removal, and phosphating.

Ⅳ.Compatibility

This product can be used in combination with Dacromet coatings, electrophoretic primers, water - based intermediate coatings, and clear topcoats (relevant tests are required).

Ⅴ.Packaging Transportation

Packaging: 30kg/drum or as per customer requirements.
Transportation: In summer, it is advisable to transport in the morning or evening to avoid sun exposure. In winter, avoid transportation below 0℃.
